Description of the Project: It is at the junction of Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany and in the shopping center area, close to the border of these 3 countries. Together with its market, a monthly average turnover of € 300.000 – € 350.000 is realized.

Profitability of the Project: The monthly income is foreseen as € 20.000- € 25.000. (The amount the investor will receive each month is €10.000 – €12.500). The investor will also own 50% of the petrol station.
